Positive: This hotel is beautiful, the views are unbeatable! The hotel is terraced so you can enjoy the gorgeous views. The rooms were spacious and clean enough, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a massage and it was a nice experience. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff gave us extra vegetables upon request (it would be nice to include tomatoes or cucumbers for the European guests).
see more...Negative: The bathrooms could use a little bit more cleaning, maybe a quick makeover, the towels were damp. Also keep in mind this is not a stroller or wheelchair friendly hotel because of the many steps. But the staff will help.

Positive: Our stay at Zion View Ella was enjoyable overall. The hotel caters well to families with amenities like a kids' playground, swimming pool, and children's corner with games. The location is serene, just a short tuk-tuk ride from the city center.We found the hotel to have a good restaurant offering tasty breakfasts,as well as delicious lunch and dinner options. We appreciated the excellent services provided, including the children's club and convenient laundry service.
